Foundation Building always feels a little calmer in the early morning. Good place to settle down before class.

Archery practice looked so focused this morning. The whole room went quiet every time someone drew the bow.
The basketball hall was packed after dinner, but the energy was great. Even from outside you could hear everyone calling for the ball.
Saw someone practicing short game drills at the golf area today. I didn't expect that corner to feel so serious and so quiet at the same time.

Dancing in the studio this afternoon was honestly so much fun. The whole room felt bright, energetic, and easy to get lost in.
Tried squash for the first time and immediately understood why everyone says it looks easier than it is.
If you're looking for a quieter corner, the yoga and dance side of the building usually feels less crowded than the courts in the evening.
